During my internship, I successfully installed, configured, and maintained computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. I established secure VPN connections for users and provided comprehensive helpdesk support, addressing user issues promptly through Microsoft Teams and in-person assistance. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my ability to streamline processes, such as integrating new computers into the company’s domain and delivering exceptional printer support.
