I am looking for a full-time opportunity to gain experience and grow in the IT or customer service industry.

I am a motivated and hardworking young professional with hands-on training as an IT Support Technician through Vodacom's 12-month internship program. I am eager to apply my technical skills and strong work ethic in a dynamic environment. My experience includes diagnosing and resolving computer hardware and software issues, as well as maintaining and installing devices and operating systems.

Throughout my internship, I supported internal users with basic networking and printer troubleshooting, which has equipped me with valuable problem-solving skills. I am committed to continuous growth and learning, and I am seeking a full-time opportunity in the IT or customer service industry to gain further experience and achieve financial stability.
