What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT Support internship/learnership to apply my Windows support, networking basics, and troubleshooting skills, communicate clearly with users, and grow in IT infrastructure through hands-on learning.

I’m an entry-level IT Support candidate with a Computer Science diploma and a strong troubleshooting foundation. I’m currently completing the Google IT Support Certificate and studying CompTIA A+ to deepen my support and infrastructure skills.

I focus on practical, user-centered support: Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, user account & permission management, and Office 365 basics such as password resets and email setup. I also work confidently with networking basics like DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing, and I document solutions clearly to help users and teams move forward.

Through my Software Developer Intern (WIL) experience, I supported web-based issues by troubleshooting user-reported problems and then digging into the source with SQL queries. I debugged backend errors and database inconsistencies, assisted in deployments, and performed post-release validation testing—building a careful, analytical approach to problem resolution.

In my HomeLab practice, I build and manage Windows virtual machines to simulate real support scenarios like login issues, slow performance, and networking errors. I configure user accounts and permissions, run hardware diagnostics (RAM, storage, and peripherals), and continue improving my tools workflow with VirtualBox, Jira, MySQL Workbench, VS Code, Git, and Postman. I’m now seeking an IT Support internship/learnership where I can apply these skills, stay patient and professional with users, and grow in IT infrastructure.
