I'm currently supporting end users as an ICT Intern at Technology Corporate Management (TCM), diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining secure desktop environments, and helping restore system functionality with minimal downtime.
I've supported device deployments, system configuration, PC migrations, data transfers, and workstation readiness across multiple user environments. My approach is customer-focused, calm, and solutions-first, backed by clear communication and accurate ITSM documentation.
Previously, I installed and configured vehicle sound systems, navigation units, speakers, and amplifiers at VWToyota Touch Screens, building practical diagnostic, wiring, and customer-service experience. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology and am continuing my studies in Information Resource Management.
