I’m looking for a role where I can combine sensory science with marketing and market intelligence—building client-facing presentations and data-driven insights that support innovation. I want strong mentorship and training while contributing to strategic, B2B decision-making.

I’m a junior sales & marketing professional in the food flavors and ingredients industry, bridging sensory science with market analysis and business intelligence. I bring hands-on B2B experience supporting key clients across bakery, beverage, and dairy sectors, combining technical rigor with strategic business acumen.

In my current role as a Marketing Intern at Symrise (Barcelona), I support innovation and market intelligence by tracking market research, competitive analysis, and global trends using tools such as Euromonitor and Mintel. I also prepare sales decks and client-facing presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for key accounts.

Previously at Grupo Bimbo (Mexico), I contributed to sensory evaluation methodologies for national and international bakery projects. I worked on preference mapping and drivers of liking studies, collaborated with Marketing and R&D teams, and supported strategic product decisions using consumer data and competitive benchmarking.
