What I'm looking for

I'm looking for product, business analysis, developer relations, or adjacent product roles where I can use user research, metrics, technical understanding, and cross-functional communication to improve products and developer or customer experiences.

At Cashfree Payments, I create and maintain API, product, and FAQ documentation for a leading payments platform. I work across engineering, product, QA, merchants, and customer-facing teams to make technical workflows easier to understand and use.

I shipped an in-documentation feedback mechanism now used daily across Cashfree's docs portal, helping identify high-friction pages and prioritize improvements. I also published API documentation from OpenAPI specifications and restructured content around real user journeys to reduce repetitive engineering queries.

Alongside fintech work, I led VayanaSTR, a Malayalam OCR research project that achieved 84.2% word and 91.2% character accuracy on real-world text. I'm building product management capability through the NextLeap Fellowship, focusing on user research, product discovery, PRDs, metrics, and AI product management.
