I've coordinated hospital reform work for the Namur Provincial Administrative Office, supporting collaboration between Geronam and the Namur Hospital Network. I developed the Gerontopole communication plan, created marketing content, identified funding sources, and built professional networks around institutional priorities.

At the Province of Namur E.P.A.P., I directed cross-functional coordination, team management, and budget adjustments during the COVID-19 pandemic. I led change-management initiatives focused on maintaining operational continuity in crisis conditions.

As a Project Manager for the Regional Mission for Employment Integration, I managed job-coaching programs for a group of 40 people, coordinated schedules, recruited and evaluated candidates, and supported the opening of two new locations through partner outreach and site assessments.

My earlier work spans hotel financial auditing, staff and supply planning, CRM administration, SAP customer data management, and B2B/B2C sales. I hold a Master's degree in Labor Sciences and a European Certificate in Social Engineering.
