What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-led enterprise go-to-market and sales systems—turning ambiguous early markets into repeatable GTM motions, owning enterprise growth, and using AI tooling to scale pipeline and close complex RFP-driven deals.

I’m an Enterprise GTM leader and enterprise sales builder who has built commercial functions from zero—sales systems, GTM motions, and revenue lines—in ambiguous, early-stage environments. At Exotel, I consistently attain MRR targets while owning enterprise growth across six APAC markets.

In my current role as Regional Business Director, APAC, I’ve taken on full-cycle ownership—from discovery and solutioning to InfoSec, negotiation, procurement, and complex RFP response—so deals can actually close. I grow gross profit and product penetration by running enterprise motions where required, including consultative, solution-first selling across longer market-standard cycles.

I convert new-logo pipeline at around a ~20% SMB win rate, closing SMB deals in 2–3 months, while enterprise deals are created in ~6 months and can extend to ~12 months in Indonesia. I’ve personally led complex deal structuring and collaboration, including one of Exotel’s first international enterprise customers, turning the commercial and solution approach into a region-wide Sales Systems & Process reference deal.

I also pair consultative selling with daily, hands-on use of AI tooling to run and scale a modern GTM motion. Previously, as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, I built the Non-BFSI business line from scratch—expanding into 15+ industries and 100+ enterprise customers—while driving 100%+ YoY revenue growth and winning marquee logos like BYJU'S, CRED, Uber, and SSL Wireless.
