I seek a remote or hybrid role in customer support or operations where I can manage client communications, improve processes, and support growth within a collaborative, detail-focused team.

I am a customer service and administrative support professional with hands-on experience in onboarding, client communication, and records management for education and investment clients. I consistently manage schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications to keep operations running smoothly.

In previous roles I supported onboarding and retention—managing student registrations, coordinating tutors, and acting as a primary contact for parents, as well as acquiring and onboarding investment clients, preparing contracts, and supporting executive operations during early-stage scaling.

I bring strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with email/Chat/WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM and collaboration tools, and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely resolution to drive client satisfaction and program growth.
