I’m a Customer Support Specialist known for clear communication, a detail-focused approach, and staying organized while managing multiple priorities. I’ve delivered support across customer service, technical support, and administrative work, with a strong emphasis on accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.

At Taskus (2025–2026), I resolved order, billing, and account concerns for a food delivery platform—investigating missing or delayed orders, processing refunds and credits, and managing account updates with accuracy and data security. I maintained detailed CRM documentation, met performance metrics, and handled escalations professionally.

Before that, I provided chat-based technical support for Microsoft products at Concentrix (2024–2025), guiding users through step-by-step troubleshooting for software and basic hardware issues while sustaining strong first-contact resolution performance. I also supported U.S.-based members at Teleperformance (2023–2024) with plan selection and coverage inquiries, including eligibility checks and clear explanations of coverage details, exclusions, and pre-authorization requirements.
