What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise AI enablement and transformation—building governance, readiness, and adoption roadmaps with measurable value, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to drive responsible rollout.

I built Ansay & Associates’ enterprise AI enablement strategy from inception—governance framework, competency model, and an adoption roadmap that aligns AI work with organizational readiness.

I set up responsible-use policies and risk frameworks, then scaled adoption through an AI Champion Network, standardized intake/prioritization processes, and executive reporting tied to success metrics and dashboards.

Before that, I directed multiple post-merger integrations from acquisition through stabilization and authored the Integration Playbook—governance, KPIs, executive reporting standards, and repeatable implementation methods.

I also ran enterprise learning and workforce development, building a SharePoint learning hub and measuring effectiveness with Qlik analytics while embedding job aids into Epic for in-context support.
