Brian Glibkowski
@brianglibkowski
I lead enterprise AI adoption programs—turning LLM prototypes into real workflow behavior and measurable outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a client-facing AI transformation leader focused on driving enterprise adoption of AI through structured programs, enablement, and behavioral integration into real workflows. I operate as both a program leader and player-coach—aligning stakeholders, influencing across functions, and ensuring sustained value.
As Founder | AI Solutions and Enablement Lead, I built and led an AI-enabled platform and enterprise adoption model to help organizations integrate AI into daily work, workflows, and decision-making. I design and deliver multi-faceted AI adoption programs—pairing enterprise upskilling initiatives (workshops, training programs, and applied learning) with a shift from conceptual understanding to consistent, workflow-level usage.
I lead structured AI use case discovery and workflow integration, translating operational challenges into practical AI applications and rapid prototypes. I translate AI strategy from vision to execution through executive workshops and design sprints, and I build engagement ecosystems—champion and partner networks, interactive simulations, and feedback loops—to move teams from one-time training to continuous adoption and learning.
I track adoption, engagement, and behavioral change using OKRs and value tracking so initiatives improve continuously based on user insights. I also build with LLM APIs and low-code architecture (including scenario engines and interactive tools), and I’ve scaled delivery by building and training a network of 50+ partners to run AI discovery, training, and implementation sessions.
