What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote Customer Support Agent role. I'm open to full-time or part-time work and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

At Mogo loan phones, I recruited retail phone dealers to Mogo offers and trained them to use the interface through WhatsApp and calls.

I assigned weekly goal targets and handled commission allocation. The resume reports increased company sales with a high profit margin and happy partners receiving the best offers.

I'm applying for remote Customer Support Agent roles. I can support customers through live chat, email, and messaging apps, and I'm available for flexible shifts.
