I am a dedicated and customer-focused professional currently working as a Chat Support Agent at Liquid Telecom Uganda. With a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving, I excel in providing exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. My role involves responding to multiple customer inquiries via chat, assisting with troubleshooting, and documenting interactions using CRM systems.

Prior to my current position, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Opportunity Bank Uganda, where I honed my skills in handling customer support across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. My commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction has been a driving force in my career, and I continuously seek to improve the customer experience through effective communication and feedback.
