I am an IT-educated professional with extensive experience in transaction services, credit analysis, underwriting reviews, and customer-facing operations within multinational financial and service organizations. I combine technical knowledge from my BS in Information Technology with hands-on experience across Citibank, Citigroup BPO, RealPage Philippines, and TeleTech.
