What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused IT support role where I can troubleshoot hardware/software, administer AD and ticketing systems, support remote and on-site users, work with networking/A/V equipment, and grow within a collaborative, process-driven team.

I am an experienced IT support professional and retired veteran with 20 years of service as a Weather Technician in the Naval and Air Force Reserve, bringing disciplined problem-solving and dependable technical support to enterprise environments.

I have a proven track record troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, handheld devices, IP phones, A/V and server-room equipment, and administering Active Directory, Ivanti, and ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Comfortable working remotely and onsite, I deliver customer-focused support, perform system migrations and integrations, assist in classroom and simulation lab environments, and have completed Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, and A+ training to support broad IT needs.
