I am a technical support and customer-facing professional with hands-on experience as an Appointment Setter and technician in electronics manufacturing. I combine technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and strong communication skills to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

At Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines I analyzed machine errors, performed preventive maintenance, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime. Previously, as a Process Technician at Artesyn Embedded Technologies, I generated reports, supported process improvements, and used Microsoft Office and other tools for data analysis.
