What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales or customer service position where I can handle customer queries by phone/email/live chat, resolve refunds and issues, and use my time management and teamwork to support a fast-paced team.

I’m a motivated, hardworking, and trustworthy customer service and sales professional who enjoys learning new skills in a fast-paced environment. I focus on meeting standards with excellent time management, adapting well under pressure, and building strong working relationships with a wide range of people.

In recent remote roles, I supported customers with order and product queries, complaints, and service issues through phone calls, emails, and live chat. I helped with refunds, returns, compensation, and deliveries, and I also used multiple systems such as Call Guard and Remote Desktops to resolve cases efficiently.

I’ve built additional experience across customer-facing retail and admin work, including providing product information, handling customer questions, and completing administrative tasks using MiCollab and Visual Files. I’m looking for a new sales or customer service opportunity where I can contribute my communication and teamwork skills while continuing to grow.
