What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service, stay calm under pressure, and combine strong communication with accurate admin work—using Excel, records, and KPI tracking to support teams, training, and smooth day-to-day operations.

I’m an experienced customer service professional who’s passionate about helping others and delivering an excellent service. I bring strong communication and listening skills, and I stay calm in challenging situations to keep things moving smoothly.

In hospitality roles, I welcomed and checked in residents, helped create a great first impression, and guided guests with detailed menu information, recommendations, and upselling where appropriate. I handled payments accurately through POS systems, processed food and drink orders with kitchen staff, and maintained high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

I also support operations through administration. At DHL, I managed data entry and used Excel to track and update KPIs accurately, handled email communication, and worked across portals to resolve discrepancies. At Oakhouse Foods, I focused on accurate record keeping, organised data management, efficient correspondence handling, and supported day-to-day operations—including training new team members.

Earlier, as a Director at a busy pub, I oversaw daily operations, recruited and managed staff, organised entertainment and promotional campaigns, and maintained safety and security standards.
