I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can deliver friendly, accurate service, resolve issues calmly, and support smooth day-to-day operations, with opportunities to keep learning and grow professionally in a team.

I’m a hardworking, reliable and confident customer service professional with a strong background in team-based environments. I thrive in fast-paced settings and consistently maintain a high standard of work while staying professional and approachable.

In my current role as a CUSTOMER ASSITANT at PEMPAMSIE, I deliver friendly and personalised customer service, help customers select holistic and wellness products, and process cash and card payments accurately using a point-of-sale system. I also restock shelves, organise visual displays, monitor stock levels, and help with packaging and preparing customer orders.

Previously, as a FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST at MARLIN APARTMENTS, I supported guest arrivals, check-ins and departures using the opera system, while resolving enquiries efficiently. I managed reservations and occupancy procedures, guided team members, and used feedback to improve the guest experience.

Earlier at TESCO, I handled customer enquiries at the customer service desk and via inbound and outbound calls, processing refunds, exchanges and MoneyGram transactions. I maintained compliance with store policies including the Think 25 policy, supported multiple departments, and ensured strong hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards in customer-facing roles like SALES ASSISTANT at DOMINOS.
