I manage IT onboarding and offboarding, device enrollment, MFA and SSO access, Exchange and SharePoint requests, patching, backups, asset inventory, vendor coordination, and incident documentation within SLA. My work includes supporting Windows Autopilot, Jamf, VMware AirWatch, Qualys, Synology backup, Google Workspace, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and network connectivity issues.
