I am a recent MCA graduate from SRM University, where I achieved an aggregate percentage of 80%. My educational background has equipped me with a solid foundation in computer applications and programming languages. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to organizational growth and productivity.

During my tenure at Sutherland Global Services, I worked as a Customer Associate providing L1 support for Amazon. My role involved handling live chats and emails from customers, resolving complex queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience honed my problem-solving abilities and enhanced my communication skills, making me adept at managing customer relationships effectively.
