I am an aspiring customer support professional with a BCA background and technical training in HTML, Python and Java.
I seek BPO customer support roles where I will be answering calls and emails, taking and canceling orders, processing forms and applications, and ensuring queries are responded to professionally and in a timely manner.
I completed industrial training at NIIT Center (2022-2023) and studied HTML, Python and Java as part of my college curriculum; I also presented a paper titled "Creating an online Fitness Website using JS" (Apr 2023).
