I’m looking to re-enter the workforce in a customer service role where I can resolve customer concerns, maintain high service standards, use my communication skills, and continue growing in a fast-paced team environment.

At Sutherland, I handled customer queries through chat and email, resolving order, refund, and account concerns while meeting company quality standards.

I was named Best Performer twice for maintaining strong performance metrics, quality, and customer satisfaction. After a planned career break, I’m ready to return with strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
