At HCLTech, I manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycles in ServiceNow, from procurement and deployment through returns and disposal. I administer HAM, SAM, and CMDB data while supporting SLA-driven operations and audit readiness.
Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I strengthened CMDB governance through CI maintenance, relationship validation, reconciliation, audits, and data cleanup. I also maintained software models and license entitlements and collaborated with Change, Incident, and Asset Management teams.
I've increased CMDB completeness from 30% to 90% in three months, removed more than 15,000 obsolete and duplicate CIs, and reduced service impact analysis time by 95% through improved CI-to-Service mapping.
I build ITAM dashboards for warranty tracking, asset aging, compliance, and inventory health. My work includes managing 500+ software models and license entitlements, improving hardware inventory accuracy to 98%, and supporting ServiceNow UAT.
