At Surgical Care Affiliates, I managed the IT asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment through maintenance and retirement. I also managed SAM, software licensing, and ServiceNow CMDB operations, and configured applications and CMDB integrations.
At HCL Technologies Limited, I managed ITAM/HAM lifecycle processes and ServiceNow IMAC, alongside procurement and model management. I also managed vendor relationships and contracts, and maintained asset and configuration data. I hold a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
