I’m an IT Operations professional with 3+ years of experience in Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) operations, IT Asset Management, CMDB governance, and ServiceNow ITSM. I’ve managed end-to-end device lifecycle activities across a global environment spanning 50+ countries.

I coordinate procurement, deployment, refresh, replacement, and retirement, while supporting technology lifecycle planning and technology obsolescence management. I also maintain CMDB information to ensure accurate asset records, relationships, and status tracking across operations.

I focus on data validation and reconciliation to protect data accuracy, integrity, and reliability for reporting. Using ServiceNow, I build dashboards and operational insights, and I prepare governance and compliance reporting to support audits and governance reviews.

I work closely with global clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in processes. With a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential and ongoing Business Analytics learning, I aim to turn asset data into decision-ready reporting that improves service outcomes.
