What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to strengthen IT asset and service management operations through ServiceNow, ITIL-aligned lifecycle management, accurate CMDB data, and continuous process improvement.

At HCL Technologies, I manage hardware assets for Experian across the full lifecycle—from procurement and stockroom operations through reallocation, secure disposal, and decommissioning.

I maintain accurate ServiceNow inventory, serial mapping, and CMDB records to support asset traceability, audit readiness, and efficient hardware utilization. I also work with procurement and IT architecture teams to improve hardware onboarding and retirement workflows.

Previously, I supported Volvo’s global operations through ITIL-aligned incident management and quality control. I led major incident bridge calls, coordinated Level 2 and Level 3 teams, audited tickets, monitored SLAs, and produced root-cause analysis reports to reduce recurring failures.

I bring 3.8 years of hands-on ITSM and HAM experience, supported by ServiceNow, SCCM, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ITIL v4 practices.
