I’m a motivated, customer-oriented professional with over 7 years of experience across customer service, content moderation, hospitality management, and sales. I’m stress-resistant, flexible, and always focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and online safety.

Most recently, I worked as a Content Moderator at Teleperformance (May–December 2025), reviewing and moderating user-generated content on social media and online platforms. I identified, assessed, and removed inappropriate, violent, or harmful content according to community guidelines, ensuring a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Before that, I supported customers as a Customer Service Agent in Barcelona (2024–2025), handling inquiries, complaints, and administrative tasks in an international environment. I provided quick, friendly support to local and tourist customers and helped maintain high customer satisfaction.

I also bring hands-on leadership from hospitality and sales roles—managing a busy eatery in Antwerp (staff training, customer service, and sales targets) and advising customers on electronics sales. I’m now ready for a new challenge in hospitality, customer service, or content operations in the Barcelona area.
