I am an Agile Transformation Catalyst with over 20 years of experience in software development, specializing in Kanban methodologies and optimizing workflows. As a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, and Kanban Coach Professional, I have successfully driven Agile transformations across various companies for the past decade.

Throughout my career, I have led Agile transformations for key clients such as Kimberly-Clark, BASF, and Danone, mentoring teams in Agile methodologies and implementing Kanban systems to enhance workflow efficiency. My approach focuses on empowering team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, resulting in faster delivery times and increased productivity.
