What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve delivery performance for distributed teams through Agile coaching, flow metrics, automation, cross-team alignment, and scalable systems that remove bottlenecks and help teams deliver predictable value.

I've led delivery for global, cross-functional teams at LS Agileworks (Dev.Pro), moving from Scrum Master into Project Manager ownership across multiple initiatives. I delivered six independent projects while managing roadmaps, risks, go-live planning, and alignment with business priorities.

I build scalable delivery systems using flow metrics, dashboards, and automation. My work reduced sprint churn from 50% to under 20% and increased predictability from under 50% to over 70%.

At Avenue Code, I supported international Stellantis teams from MVP through scale, improving lead time by 10% through process optimization and Jira automation. I also built a chatbot integration that cut ticket waiting time by more than 50%.
