What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment and talent acquisition—building structured interviews and improving hire quality—and support learning initiatives through training needs assessment and practical onboarding.

I’m an HR-focused professional who’s strengthened hiring by running structured assessments and aligning interview design with culture and role expectations. In my HR internship, I conducted ~120 interviews and helped improve the quality of hires by 20% after revamping the recruitment process with soft-skill evaluations.

I also bring a training and people-development mindset from my management internship at ITC Hotels, where I led onboarding and a weeklong induction program and supported Learning Services with actionable daily reports. Alongside this, I’ve built and managed a home bakery and independent education/culinary consulting—scaling through partnerships and consistently owning end-to-end operations.
