I’m looking for a role in recruitment or talent acquisition where I can own sourcing, screening, and hiring operations, deliver better candidate experience, and use data/reporting to improve hiring outcomes while collaborating with supportive teams.

I’m an HR recruitment professional who’s built end-to-end hiring processes—coordinating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions and selection criteria, sourcing candidates across LinkedIn and portals, and leading screenings through onboarding documentation. As an HR Executive (Recruitment), I also handle salary negotiations, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and prepare monthly hiring reports for leadership.

Alongside recruitment, I bring analytical and operations mindset from my current City Operations internship at Zomato, where I used sales mix analysis to optimize pricing, placement, and contribution margins—improving profitability and menu readability. I’ve also supported freelance recruitment for large talent pipelines (500+ candidates) and contributed research and people-facing work through my NCPCR and university welfare internships, reinforcing how I work: structured processes, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.
