What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR/recruitment role where I can use people analytics, Excel, and HRIS systems to improve hiring outcomes. I want a team that values process, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable results as I grow.

I’m an HR and recruitment-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of people, data, and process. Through multiple remote and on-site HR internships, I supported end-to-end hiring—from sourcing and screening to scheduling, coordination, and onboarding.

In recruitment operations roles, I sourced 800+ resumes, screened 600+ candidates, and coordinated 70+ interviews, while maintaining accurate records and optimizing hiring workflows using Excel, Slack, and Darwinbox. I also built behavioral insight through psychometric assessments and contributed to recruitment quality improvements by translating assessment results into more informed decisions.
