What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply data-driven hiring skills while growing across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, learning and development, and people strategy to create measurable organizational impact.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring mandates at The Entrepreneurship Network, managing 100+ hiring requirements across sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

As a Senior HR Associate Intern, I also contributed to employee engagement, people-management strategies, candidate coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in an entrepreneurial environment.

At Green Bhoomi Organisation, I handled job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and manpower alignment with team leads while supporting workplace culture initiatives.

I'm building my HR career through an MBA in Human Resources and bring practical skills in talent sourcing, ATS workflows, LinkedIn recruitment, communication, research, and employee coordination.
