What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time HR role where I can apply my HR knowledge to deliver end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while contributing to organizational success and fostering positive workplace cultures.

I’m an HR professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a CIPD Level 7 certification, and I bring a strong, execution-focused approach to recruitment and employee lifecycle work. I lead end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding end-to-end for 100+ new hires, and run employee engagement initiatives that help strengthen retention and employee experience.

At THG, I supported HR Shared Services across multiple entities by issuing contracts and policy documents, maintaining GDPR-compliant records, and managing international onboarding and leavers documentation. I also handle HRIS updates (including ADP), produce HR reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions, and support continuous improvement of HR processes—backed by my HR administration, compliance, and stakeholder-management strengths.
