What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and use Excel/Power BI to track hiring and HR metrics. I want a team that values structured processes, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement through practical analytics.

I’m an MBA graduate specializing in Human Resources, and I bring hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. I’m results-driven and focused on making hiring and HR processes structured, measurable, and audit-ready.

During my 2-month project-based HR internship at Bong Pizza, I independently managed end-to-end recruitment for 15+ hires across 5 new outlets. From job posting and resume screening to interview coordination and offer rollout, I kept the process moving while collaborating closely with outlet managers on hiring criteria.

I also strengthened HR operations through payroll data entries and maintaining employee records using HR documentation systems. To improve visibility into candidate flow, I built and maintained recruitment trackers in MS Excel, and I used Google Forms to reduce manual data entry for HR records.

I’m certified in HR Fundamentals and HR Generalist training, and I’ve added specialized learning in AI for HR and Excel automation. I enjoy turning HR data into clearer decisions using Power BI and advanced Excel, while also bringing strong stakeholder management and business communication from my English Honours background and 3 years of student leadership.
