I’m a Junior Logistics Specialist focused on moving goods, materials, and services efficiently and cost-effectively. I coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure products reach their destination on time and in optimal condition. I also analyze logistical data to optimize supply chain processes and streamline operations.

Alongside logistics, I bring strong customer care expertise. I handle chat and email to engage business customers, act as a first point of escalations through support channels, and investigate issues to provide clear resolutions and recommended solutions.

Earlier in my career, I supported healthcare professionals by verifying member eligibility and benefits, and handling phone-based call duties. I processed insurance claims, appeals, and reconsideration, while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users.

I’ve also worked in operations leadership, supporting teams to meet operations standards and running shifts that deliver a great partner and customer experience. I’m comfortable working with customer and case management tools such as Desk Pro, Avaya, Rumba, Smart Tools, PegaREACH, and Cotivitty.
