What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented logistics and customer support professional with hands-on experience coordinating onboarding processes, handling documentation, and resolving issues quickly in fast-paced environments. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and smooth handoffs between carriers, clients, and internal teams.
In my current role, I support carrier account setup to onboard with brokers by reviewing and processing Certificates of Insurance (COI) for compliance. I also assist carriers with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) connections and coordinate internally to resolve onboarding and documentation issues.
Previously, I worked in customer service handling inbound calls related to health insurance—providing accurate information on coverage, benefits, and policies while managing billing and payment concerns. I also served as an Assistant Retail Manager, overseeing daily store operations, supervising a team, monitoring inventory and deliveries, and driving sales through merchandising and seasonal displays.
