I'm looking to lead customer success or operations teams where I can improve service performance, develop people, strengthen enterprise relationships, and drive measurable operational outcomes.

I've led customer success and technical service operations at AT&T, managing enterprise portfolios worth over $8 million and building renewal, adoption, retention, and growth strategies.

As Manager of Technical Customer Service at AT&T Global Services Slovakia, I coached more than 140 employees and led a team ranked #1 in Europe across Resolve Rate, Function Resolve Rate, and Adherence in 2023. I improved SLA compliance and complex incident workflows while partnering with engineering, workforce management, quality, and customer success teams.

My background also includes leading public-service hubs for City of Cardiff Council and night operations at Radisson Blu Hotels. I'm currently developing retail management experience at Lidl, with a focus on operational efficiency, supply chain, customer experience, and store KPIs.
