What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a stable customer service or call center role where I can use my experience handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers, resolving account questions, and assisting with payment arrangements.

I've supported consumers through high-volume phone-based service and collections work for more than 15 years. Most recently, at GetInsured, I helped Georgia consumers transition from Healthcare.gov to Georgia Access by creating and updating applications, answering plan questions, and connecting callers with agents and brokers.

At GE Appliances, I handled inbound customer calls involving service appointments, appliance information, and troubleshooting questions. I focus on doing what it takes to assist and satisfy each caller.

During nearly 13 years with TekCollect Inc., I collected outstanding balances from individuals and businesses, arranged payment plans, followed up on recurring payments, skip-traced accounts, and prepared collection-related correspondence.
