I’m best suited to roles or assignments where an important problem crosses several functions and needs both investigation and execution. I’d start by agreeing on an outcome, examining the operation, and testing practical changes.

At Tauros, I worked with engineering to trace transaction data against bank statements and supplier contracts. I built a financial measurement system, identified roughly MXN 3 million in annual card-related losses, and supported product changes and provider-contract renegotiation.

At Casa San Miguel, I established sourcing and worked through product formulations, production, packaging, pricing, and sales. The products are manufactured and sold, with repeat purchasing and active conversations with hospitality, gifting, and wholesale buyers.

I also designed an AI-assisted commercial workflow connecting research and personalized email drafting with Google Apps Script and Gmail, while keeping human approval before sending. Across projects including Kuze, NubiPay, and civic and association systems, I turn operational questions into business logic, processes, and working products.
