At AirTM, I was COO and built the P2P Marketplace team from scratch. I improved fulfillment from 54% to over 90% in 18 months and 98% in 36 months.
I also built AirTM’s Data and Analytics team, moving its MySQL database to a data warehouse built on Redshift and dbt. I helped structure customer support, and ticket deflection strategies reduced incoming tickets to 25% of the record high.
At Uber, I worked in operations, strategy and planning, and Uber Eats in Latin America, including as the first operations manager for Uber Eats in the region. I’ve also worked across growth, fraud prevention, KYC, and customer support, and I’m continuing to apply AI tools to real-world projects.
