I’m a Business Analyst and Product Owner with experience in fintech and SaaS product teams, supporting the full software delivery lifecycle—from requirements discovery through production release. I translate business needs into structured technical deliverables like BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to keep Agile delivery consistent and unambiguous.

Most recently, I led requirements for third-party API integrations for a telecom provider into a mobile and web remittance platform, defining transaction flows, compliance, and fraud prevention scenarios. I also drove a “Universal Profile” initiative unifying digital and retail customer databases across hundreds of thousands of users, documenting interactions across 15+ microservices supporting a customer identity platform.

I partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering to clarify requirements, refine backlogs, and validate solutions with developers and QA before sprint planning. I strengthen delivery quality through UAT coordination and data validation with SQL to confirm business logic and system behavior before production releases.
