What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client relationships, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve complex account needs in a software, technology, or client services environment.

I'm the primary relationship owner at Word & Brown, connecting brokers, carriers, clients, and partner health plans to coordinate service needs and complex account requests. I work across Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, and Finance to remove blockers and resolve billing, claims, eligibility, and COBRA issues.

Previously at NextGen / Planet DDS, I managed assigned accounts through business reviews, calls, and written communication, while coordinating sales opportunities and product implementations. I owned escalations from intake through resolution and kept clients informed on status, next steps, and outcomes.

My earlier Quality Assurance Analyst work at CompuGroup Medical built my foundation in web and desktop applications, software testing, Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA, and the SDLC. I use that technical context to communicate effectively with Product, Development, and other technical stakeholders.
