What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise customer success and implementation work where I can drive HRIS adoption, accelerate time-to-value, strengthen retention, and identify expansion opportunities.

At Brown and Brown Insurance Brokerage, I lead end-to-end onboarding and system implementations for key accounts, aligning business goals, technical scope, and timelines to accelerate time-to-value. I manage account health, executive stakeholder communication, renewals, operational risks, and platform adoption.

Previously at HCM Unlocked, I guided enterprise clients through HCM digital transformations using UKG Pro, Paylocity, BSwift, and Employee Navigator. I generated expansion revenue through HRIS add-ons and services while leading four Implementation Specialists in discovery, requirements gathering, and retention practices.

Across CSI Tech, G&A Partners PEO, Strategic Employer Services PEO, and Empyrean Benefit Solutions, I've translated workflows into technical configurations, led UAT, trained end users, managed client operations, and supported HRIS integrations.
