I seek a role where I can apply AML and transaction monitoring expertise, coach teams to improve quality and metrics, and grow into higher responsibility within compliance or support leadership.

I am a customer support Subject Matter Expert with frontline experience in chat support, transaction monitoring and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). I advanced from agent roles—handling app issues, transactions and suspicious activity—to investigating PEP/Adverse Media cases and writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

In my SME role I coach teams to meet quality, SLA and AHT targets, provide second opinions on cases, and drive improvements in AML-related processes. I bring customer-facing experience from hospitality photography and strong attention to detail, communication skills and a business mindset for upselling and service delivery.
