At Riverbed Technologies, I manage and support the end-to-end global renewals quote-to-booking process, partnering with Sales, Renewals, Finance, IT, and Order Management to execute transactions accurately and on time. I serve as a Salesforce quoting subject matter expert, resolve quote and order issues, generate project and budgetary quotes, and develop SOPs, reporting, and process improvements.

I've also supported operations, executive administration, human resources, customer service, legal administration, and volunteer programs across organizations including Special Olympics Northern California, Kinetic Search, John F. Kennedy University, and the California Society of CPAs. I bring Spanish fluency, training and onboarding experience, detailed order processing, and a collaborative approach to supporting teams and customers.
