Energetic, top-producing Sales professional seeking to leverage a 12-year record of success in Mortgage Origination and most recently Sales / Account Management to transition into a Customer Success Manager / Client Services position.

! As a top-producing customer service and mortgage professional, I bring to the table almost 10 years of client service experience, driving revenue for my current employer and providing the penultimate client experience through the loan process. At Rocket Mortgage, I’ve always had a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and I’m one of a handful of sales professionals who have been nominated to the exclusive President’s Club, a ranking I continue to maintain.

 

Due to my track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations, driving revenue growth for the company, and my extroverted people-centric attitude, I was promoted to a position at Rocket Pro to train and guide third party loan originators who’ve subscribed to our technology platform. For the last 3 years, I’ve spent my time engaging as a Customer Success Manager for these originators, coaching them to use our technology platform and leverage a mortgage as a financial tool for their clients. I maintain a portfolio of 60+ loan originators, as well as a pipeline of 100+ clients, as well as train and coach the loan originators on a weekly basis and follow up with their clients on an almost daily basis.

 

As much as I enjoy my current role, I believe the time is right for a change given where the mortgage industry is heading. What I may lack in direct experience, I make up for in aptitude and the ability to learn quickly.
