I’m a full-cycle recruiter known for sourcing and placing top talent across healthcare, IT, and legal environments. I partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to build recruiting strategies that match real role requirements—then execute them with speed and care.

In my most recent role as a Senior Recruiter (contract), I identified and engaged a wide range of healthcare professionals—from RNs and LPNs to CNAs, NPs, PAs, and Travel/Locum Tenens Nurses—tailoring approaches to each setting. By leveraging “data-driven insights” and providing timely status reporting, I helped improve decision-making and reduced time-to-hire by 20% for critical roles.

Previously, I led recruiting professionals as a Recruitment Relationship Manager, coaching sourcers and coordinators and focusing on engaging passive candidates for high-quality, cost-effective placements. I ensured operational excellence by maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Recruiter Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while acting as an advocate for best-practice sourcing techniques.

I’ve also driven end-to-end recruitment across specialized technical and corporate needs—managing requisition priorities, conducting high-volume outbound sourcing, and supporting stakeholder alignment.
